Asset Marked as Inactive

If an asset does not communicate with our web platform for 14 days it will be marked as inactive. This could be because the device has not been powered on, has not had internet access, or because the agent has been uninstalled.

You can either manually check the device to ensure that the Akimbo Agent service is still running, or alternatively rerun our agent installer, uninstall the agent and reinstall it to re-establish communications with our platform. If connectivity returns, the asset will be marked as active again.

The screenshot to the right shows an agent that has been marked as "Inactive" as it has not been heard from for 14 days.
