Recruitment Agencies

Please do not send us candidate profiles or CVs ("profiles") unless we have explicitly requested your company to do so in respect of a specific vacancy. We are not currently utilising recruitment companies to fill the roles listed on this page.

Any unsolicited profiles received will be treated as the property of Akimbo Core Ltd and the Terms & Conditions associated with the use of such profiles will be considered null and void. Should we be in receipt of any profiles, we will simply consider these as free gifts. We will therefore, not be liable for any fees should we choose to contact the candidate directly and engage the candidate’s services.

The receipt of an unsolicited profiles will in no way establish any prior claim by your recruitment agency to representation of that candidate should the candidate’s details also be submitted by any other party.

Submission of any unsolicited profiles to us by your company will be deemed evidence of acceptance by your company of these terms.
