After the workshop, our consultants will conduct a thorough review of your current incident response documentation and either give direct feedback, or develop improved versions that align with best practices and cover modern threat scenarios. If you’re not confident in your current plan, we can start from scratch and work with your team to develop something better suited to your needs.
Scenario Playbook Development
The actions-on following an incident can vary widely depending on the type of scenario. Therefore, we’ll help build your maturity by developing a small set of incident-specific playbooks to cover major concerns such as:
